Our story started in the Oil industry in Oklahoma. During the 2008 financial crisis, Tom and Israel Waitman started buying distressed real estate with profits from their drill bit manufacturing company. Israel's sons grew up in both companies and learned the tools of the trade. In a short time, the real estate portfolio had become a significant part of the family business.

After we sold the company, we decided to move full-time into the real estate business and build on a decade of experience in acquisition, development, and operations. We're building a vertically-integrated structure that can scale responsibly with outside capital. As we look forward over the coming decades, we are focused on continuing to build an excellent product for our investors, tenants, and communities.
